Field help (SRESRECOV) 

This field specifies if the request needs to be processed withour further delay because it is covered or if additional steps must be taken to reach coverage. Each time the Customer, Machine or Skills group is modified, the request coverage is rechecked automatically. If, on the basis of these three criteria, at least one valid service contract is found, the service request is covered. The field "Covered request" is checked with the precision "by service contract" accompanied with the contract code. Since the coverage has been carried out automatically, these fields are greyed out. If no service contract covers the customer, the machine or the skills group, this field is not checked. In that case, the request must be covered automatically before strarting to process it.
