Field help (SRESREDES)
This field is used to enter a summary description of either the customer problem, explanation or the advice request. This description must not exceed 250 characters. Whenever a description that is very precise and very complete must be entered, it is advised to use the "File-comment" menu. In that case, the additon of the mention Description makes it possible to understand the sense of the entered text.
