When the request concerns the solving of a dysfunction, this field makes it possible to identify the faulty material. The first context menu "Selection" is used to select a serial number among the customer's installed base mentioned on the request. The third context menu "Machine selection" is used to select a serial number among the entire installed base defined in the application.
