Field help (SRESRENUM2) 

This field corresponds to the main identifier of each service request.

Its generation is ensured by an automatic sequence number counter.
As this counter is automatic, you should not need to check the content of this field.

By default, this code is made up of a sequence number limited to 15 characters. In addition to this technical identifier, each service request can contain:

From the Actions icon, click Search by customer chrono to open the selection window of service requests, based on the customer and their sequence number counter (chrono).
When this window opens, it displays by default all the open customer requests that include a customer sequence number.

Click Service responses by request to inquire all the service responses planned for the service request.
