Field help (SRETOTPIT)

This field displays the total number of points mobilized or consumed automatically by the service requests.
This total includes both the fixed debits and any additional debits associated with the different recorded consumptions.
The point debit is always an automatic operation. Nevertheless, in terms of the service request process, it is possible to modify the total debit calculated by the system.
A contextual menu "Manual points debit" is used to modify the total number of points that the request is to consume upon closing.
