Field help (SRETYPMAC)

Use this field to specify the method used to enter the installed base related to the service request.

• Use the Listed installed base option to specify, one by one, the relevant installed bases in the dedicated table (grid). This option is the preferred method for qualifying resolved service requests.
• Use the Filtered Installed base option to define a targeting in which all the characteristics of the base to be processed can be specified. Once the targeting has been created, the base table is automatically loaded with the resulting sample data. This option is the preferred method used for qualifying preventive or maintenance service requests.

Any modification to the entry method of the installed base leads to the complete deletion of the Baseand Componentgrids.
