If an intervention is created from a service request, the request coverage information is systematically transferred to the intervention.
If the intervention is not associated to any service request, the coverage information must be entered manually.
An intervention can be covered either by a service contract or by a specific order. The intervention can also concern the resolution of a service request covered "by commercial decision".
The contextual menu "Selection" available on the field "Contract number" is used to select a service contract among all the contracts subscribed by the customer.
