The entry of text in this field automatically transforms the status of the task from "To be executed" to "Executed". The field 'Carried out' is automatically ticked. The report entered in this field must be summariszed, like the task description. It has the same limitation of 250 characters. The entry of a detailed and complete meeting report must be done via the "File-Comment" menu. The adding of the note 'Meeting report' to the start of the text makes it simpler to understand the sense of the text.
