Financial data extraction inquiry criteria. This screen defines the inquiry citeria. It is possible to ask for: The detail of the sites. The detail of the general accounts looked for in the balance for each line, or the detail of the natures looked for in the analytical balance or in the budgets. Those general accounts whose balance sense is different from that forecast in the chart of accounts are identified by an asterisk (during the generation phase). The detail of the individual accounts if the detail of the general accounts has been requested. Collective choice is used to flter only the calculations on a given collective value. The detail of the dimensions looked for in the analytical balance or in the budgets. It is possible to specify: The format under which the numbers will be displayed. E.g. 9.2 corresponds to 9 figures + 2 decimals. O corresponds to the format defined in the currency. The divisor by which the numbers will be divided. E.g. 1=gross amount in Euro 1000=gross amount in KEuro. The type used to display the amounts: 2 columns, debit column and credit column, 1 column with the amount=debit-credit 1 column with the amount= credit-debit. The display or not of the lines with zero values.
