Field help (TXSDAT)

Within the framework of the financial data extraction parameterization, a period start date and end date must be specified here. CAUTION, these values are used for the extraction, but the fiscal year will serve as the access key. It is strongly recommended to try to match the range with this fiscal year value to make things easier for the user. These values are proposed by default during calculation. In effect, the company code is unknown here, therefore no control will be carried out at this level. It is better if the dates correspond to a fiscal year. If the column type is "Numerical', these dates are compulsory. If the column type is 'Value N-1', there will be no date entry. The process will look for a calculation performed last year. As a consequence, for the first fiscal year, the amounts will have to be entered manually. For instance: ----------------------------------------- Column 1 ¦ Column 2 ---------------------+-------------------- Numerical ¦ Value N-1 1/1/N-31/12/N ¦ No entry of fiscal year range ¦ Init by column 1 ---------------------+-------------------- CHP_1 ¦ CHP_2 ... The value of CHP_2 for year N will be the result of the calculation of CHP_1 over N-1. If a full fiscal year is not needed for column 2 or if the calculation of column 1 over the previous fiscal year was not on the proper period, a "Numerical" type should be specified for column 2 and the dates 1/1/N-1 to 31/12/N-1 should be specified.
