Field help (VERSEXCEL)

This button is used to fill a new Excel document or to reinitialize an existing Excel document.

In standard mode, the FREXCEL, FREXCEL2, FREXCEL3 templates are delivered. They contain macros used to load the Excel document from the information of the X3 quote.

• The FREXCEL document does not manage the document modification. The document is then cancelled and replaced.
  
• The FREXCEL2 and FREXCEL3 documents are compatible with the quote updates. The [Update] button only reloads the information of the X3 quote, without deleting the modifications carried out in the document.
  
• The FRWEXCEL3 document contains three data tables, contrary to the other documents that only contain the table of product lines:
• the product lines table,
• a table detailing the invoicing elements,
• a table detailing the taxing elements,
