Financials Folder
This activity code is used to define if the Financials module is used or not.
Recommended values
This code must be consistent with the response made in the first tab of the folder record, as to the presence of the Financials module.
Notes
This activity code is used to make the following optional:
the sections Financials and A/P-A/R Accounting in the 3rd tab of the user record.
the section Pyramid and the fields linked to the budget in the Dimensions record.
the fields linked to the budgets, pyramids, and distributions in the Nature record.
the fields linked to the budgets, reporting codes and distributions in the Account record.
the authorization grid by journal code and the default journal code in the Journal type table.
It should be noted that the fact of not using the Financials module does not deactivate the database records (Accounts, Dimensions, Natures, Journal types). This is normal, when not using the ADONIX X3 accounting, it is all the same necessary to be able to send to a third party payment attribute the postings linked to the operations carried out. The database elements necessary to this generation must always be present.
