BEFREWITV: Before rewriting product-site total

This entry point is called before the "Rewrite" instruction of the Product-site totals in the case of

the execution of the stock resynchronization function with the "Product-site totals" heading selected.

The ITMMVT [ITV] table buffer is loaded and can be modified with the usual care.
