INIDAT: Initialization of dates and information about the activity in DUCS

Use this entry point to modify, upon extraction of DUCS data, the declaration due date, the closing date for the submission, the salary payment date, but also any information related to the activity without personnel.

The GOK variable is tested when resuming the execution of the processing.If GOK<1, the transaction stops.
