No closed FY to be saved
This parameter is exploited during the Archiving/Purging process of financing-lease contract of the Buyback, Resiliated or Complete status (LEASE table) and their payment schedule (LEABILBOOK table) (LEASE process code).
It is used to indicate the number of closed FYs that should not be archived but should instead be saved in the exploitation folder.
The process will be applied to the contracts for which the purchase option removal date, the contract end date or the resiliation date is prior to:
closed FY start date - 'n' FYs ('n' has the same value as the NBEXNOTHIS parameter).
The closed fiscal year that is taken into account is the fiscal year for which the start date is the most recent: Accounting and fiscal context and IAS/IFRS context.
The default value is 3.
