This parameter is used to authorize or prohibit the entry in a specific currency whenever the Euro transfer date for this currency is prior to the event date.

This parameter is defined at the level User.It belongs to Chapter CPT (Accounting) and the Group EUR (Euro transfer),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- DATDEBCTR (Start date of control)
- ENDPERDAT1 (Control period start date)
- ENDPERDAT2 (Control period end date)
