Compulsory coefficient
This parameter can be set to YES or NO.
If the value is YES, the "Coef." field in the employee record must be entered. If the value is NO, the entry is optional.

This parameter is defined at the level Folder.It belongs to Chapter PAY (Payroll-X3P) and the Group PER (Staff management-X3P),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- ECHELON (Compulsory grade)
- EMPIND (Compulsory index)

- FLDCTR2 (Title of field in work contract)
