Paid leave prorating
Use this parameter to specify whether the reduction of annual leave accumulation via the impact of absences not assimilated to effective working hours must be calculated.
This parameter is set to "Yes" if absences not assimilated to effective working hours must be taken into account upon accumulation of annual leave. Otherwise it is set to "No".

Comments
The annual leave accumulation will be adjusted at the end of the accumulation period so as not to penalize employees that will have perform their 48 weeks of effective or assimilated work despite their absence.
The reductionwill not cause leave rights to be reduced more than proportionally to the employee's absence duration.
