Net to gross - Heading 3
This parameter can either be empty or specified with a heading of the payroll plan.
The indicated heading is used for net to gross calculations linked to the payroll plan. It corresponds to the heading containing the net salary of the previous payroll. Therefore, for the net to gross calculation, the heading value is a reference in order to maintain the net salary.
The net to gross calculation is triggered only if the variable associated with the NETVAR3 parameter has a value not null. This calculation aims at finding the value of the NETAJS3 adjustment variable so that the value of this heading is the same as if the NETVAR3 et NETAJS3 variables were null.
