This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Operating budgets.

It is also called by default from the following functions :

List of criteria

Description of the report

The header of the BUDSIT report displays the following information:

• The company code and description
• The budget currency
• The budget code and description
• The requested periods.

The BUDSIT report gives the:

• Natures and dimensions. The report displays the dimensions, then the natures if the sort criterion is set to 1 (dimensions/nature) and the natures, then the dimensions if the sort criterion is set to 2 (natures/dimension).

For each dimensions/nature or nature/dimensions line, the BUDSIT report mentions:

• The charge and revenue amounts
• The quantities if the nature is quantity-managed
• The unit used to express the quantities if the nature is quantity-managed.

The report restores the following totals:

• The charge and revenue total by dimension of the first dimension view of the dimension view code if the presentation criterion is set to 1 (dimensions/nature) or by nature if the presentation criterion is set to 2 (natures/dimension).
• The quantity by nature total if the presentation criterion is set to 2 (natures/dimension).
• The general total of the charges and revenues at the end of the report.
