Description of the report

This report is only interesting if the selected script has been executed at least once, in other words a minimum of answers need to be recorded in the associated questionnaire.

Otherwise, instead of the report, the following message appears:

No appel has been carried out for the selected script. Consequently the report cannot display any information.

The report mentions in the header the number of times that the script has been executed, in other words, the number of calls to which this script has been automatically associated by the system. This information makes it possible to value the importance of the population sample being under study.

Then the report mentions the period during which the progressive accumulation of the various answers took place.

The body of the report contains all the questions constituting the script for which at least an answer has been obtained.

For each question, the report provides:

  • The various answers communicated by the questioned sample.
  • The total number of answers obtained. This total can often be very different from the number of calls. In effect, the scripts are usually comprised of conditional paths. In this way, each question is not always asked an Outlook contact given the nature of their previous answers. Thus, the percentage mentioned with the total is used to assess the sub-set of the sample that has really answered the question.

For each answer, the report provides:

  • The number of Outlook contacts who gave this answer.
  • The percentage represented by this population with respect to the TOTAL VOLUME of the concerned sample.
