This document describes the minimum configuration requirements when installing a SAFE X3 Documentation server on a Linux server.

| Operating system | - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. Recommended version: 7.5 or later.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server x64 release 8 (with mandatory compat-openssl10-1:1.0.2o-3.el8.x86_64 package).
- Oracle Enterprise Linux 7. Recommended version: 7.5 or later.
- CentOS 7 can be used for non-production systems but this is not officialy supported by Sage.
For Red Hat and Oracle, the libunwind library is mandatory since release 2022 R4/V12.0.32. |
| Computer | - Industry-standard server or virtual machine.
- Processor Intel Xeon Quad Core E544 2.3GHz or above recommended.

| Disk space | - 2 GB for Sage X3 documentation.

| Others | - Make sure the X-windows components are correctly installed from the Unix server's Graphical console:xclock (a clock should be displayed on the console).
- A SAFE X3 ADXADMIN administration runtime must be installed on the server.
- A JDK or Java Runtime Environment (version 8) must be installed.
