The individual folder is used collect all the modifications of individual information made from the portal:

  • the civil status,
  • contact details,
  • medical examinations, expense notes, and authorizations of the employee.

The information pertaining to the individual folder of the employee, entered from the portal, will be used in the employee record and the employment contract record.
Using the Individual folder function, the users can inquire the modifications made in the portal by sing the [Before/After modif] button and validate them using the [Visa] button.
