Training course catalog interface

The training course catalog is subdivided into separate parts:

Header

For employees having several contracts, select in the drop-down list the contract that will be impacted by the training request.

All the training courses are selected by default but you can refine your search with several criteria.

Domains tab and Themes tab

The Domains tab sorts the listed training courses by domain (nature of the training course).
The Themes tab sorts the listed training courses by theme (topic of the training course).

Each selection refreshes the list of results. The list of results displays the corresponding training courses. The default selection of domains and themes is All.

Refine the search

With the Refine the training course list block, you can refine the search by using additional criteria.

Keywords

Enter one or several keywords and click on the magnifying glass to start the search. If you enter two keywords, the search will focus on the one or the other.
SEEWARNINGThe program keeps the selection of the domain or the theme. When you enter a keyword, the program considers your selection in the Domains or Themes tabs.

Criteria

Select the training course type in the drop-down list (all, on-site training course, off-site training course or eLearning).

To refine the list of training courses, indicate one or several criteria: the company, the site, the standard job, the position, the population and the authorization.

The displayed training courses are those of the company of the user’s contract. In the case of multi-contract employees, you can choose a company.

SEEINFOYou cannot select a standard job and a position. You need to enter them. The system is used tolimit the entry by suggesting the standard job or the position when filling in the first characters.

Locations and dates

You can also refine the search by place and by date. The Locations and Dates of the sessions criteria are only the criteria for the on-site training courses.

The addresses are those of the sessions. If a training course is not associated with any session, the suggested location is the one of the training organization.

The number of available sessions per month is mentioned between parentheses. For example, February (5) means that five sessions are possible for the month of February.

KEY training courses only

Select the KEY training courses only to only look for training courses that are part of the specific training course catalog. KEY is the three character code populated by default in the SUS - Specific catalog parameter (chapter SUS, group MIS). You can enter the three characters that you want in this parameter. In that case, in the label of the KEY training courses only check box, KEY is replaced by the three characters that you have entered in the SUS parameter.

List of results

The results corresponding to the search criteria are displayed. The following elements are displayed for each training course:

  • The on-site training course or off-site training course or eLearning icons
  • A summary of the training course, the indicative price and the number of hours in this training course
  • A reminder on the domain or the theme of the training course
