These functions are defined by your administrator.Your portal may not include all the functions described in this document.
The training period catalog contains the default training periods defined for the company and those defined for all the companies of the same group.
Click the icon in the shape of a screen to choose the window display size.
Click the up or down arrows to hide or display the Refine training course list.
In the No. lines by page field, select the number of lines you wish to display in a page.
The Off-site training course or eLearning icon means that the training session takes place off-site (chat, eLearning, telephone).
The On-site training course icon means that the attendee must physically attend the training course on the session premise.
The training course catalog is subdivided into separate parts:
For employees having several contracts, select in the drop-down list the contract that will be impacted by the training request.
All the training courses are selected by default but you can refine your search with several criteria.
The Domains tab sorts the listed training courses by domain (nature of the training course).
The Themes tab sorts the listed training courses by theme (topic of the training course).
Each selection refreshes the list of results. The list of results displays the corresponding training courses. The default selection of domains and themes is All.
With the Refine the training course list block, you can refine the search by using additional criteria.
Keywords
Enter one or several keywords and click on the magnifying glass to start the search. If you enter two keywords, the search will focus on the one or the other.
The program keeps the selection of the domain or the theme. When you enter a keyword, the program considers your selection in the Domains or Themes tabs.
Criteria
Select the training course type in the drop-down list (all, on-site training course, off-site training course or eLearning).
To refine the list of training courses, indicate one or several criteria: the company, the site, the standard job, the position, the population and the authorization.
The displayed training courses are those of the company of the user’s contract. In the case of multi-contract employees, you can choose a company.
You cannot select a standard job and a position.You need to enter them. The system is used tolimit the entry by suggesting the standard job or the position when filling in the first characters.
Locations and dates
You can also refine the search by place and by date. The Locations and Dates of the sessions criteria are only the criteria for the on-site training courses.
The addresses are those of the sessions. If a training course is not associated with any session, the suggested location is the one of the training organization.
The number of available sessions per month is mentioned between parentheses. For example, February (5) means that five sessions are possible for the month of February.
KEY training courses only
Select the KEY training courses only to only look for training courses that are part of the specific training course catalog. KEY is the three character code populated by default in the SUS - Specific catalog parameter (chapter SUS, group MIS). You can enter the three characters that you want in this parameter. In that case, in the label of the KEY training courses only check box, KEY is replaced by the three characters that you have entered in the SUS parameter.
The results corresponding to the search criteria are displayed. The following elements are displayed for each training course:
In theTraining periods function (GESSTG), Content tab, you can select the KEY check box or the check box with the label containing the three characters specified in the SUS - Specific catalog parameter. If this check box is selected, the training course is associated with this icon in the various portal pages.
Click the title of the training course to display the details.
The training course is identified by its title and its teaching summary. The code, number of hours and price of the training course are also mentioned.
Several tabs are available to view detailed information on the training course.
This tab displays the program of the training days.
This tab specifies who is targeted with this training course and the prerequisites to be able to attend this training course. The training courses re prerequired levels can also be accessed.
This tab explains the goals of the training course, the skills to be gained, and any degrees/diplomas to be obtained at the end of the training course.
This tab displays the sessions planned for the training course for the current fiscal year. The displayed information refers to the values of the session: title, start and end dates, number of available places.
In this tab, you can modify the details of the session and post a training request for a specific session or post a training request without mentioning any session.
Click Post a request to display the training request window.
Click Back to list to return to the page of the catalog while keeping the selected criteria.
Click post a request without any session to display the training request window.
You can post a training request from a training course or from a session.
The training course record is identified by its title and its teaching summary. The code, number of hours and price of the training course are also mentioned.
To enter a training request, proceed as follows:
1. In the Program tab, you can post a request:
2. In the Who is it for? tab, select the attendees.
3. In the Priority drop-down list, select the level of priority given to the training request.
It is mandatory to enter the hatched fields.
4. Click Validate to save the entry and enable the transmission of an email to the manager for approval.
The request is definitively taken into consideration when the training department sends a registration notice to the attendee and the latter confirms their presence on the submitted dates.
If a previous request was sent for another training course, a message is displayed asking to confirm the choice.
The former request is not canceled even though the second request has been confirmed.
Click Back to list to return to the page of the catalog while keeping the selected criteria.
ClickBack to training course to return to the detailed record of the training course.
1. To post a training request outside the catalog, click Request outside catalog.
2. In the free text area, you can enter your expectations about the requested training course, or suggest a training organization. It is mandatory to enter a comment in this area.

Click the Printer to create a PDF file (of the training course record or training course list, based on the selection) and enable the transmission of an email.
Click this icon to display the training request window.
Click Reset criteria to delete the entered criteria and go back to the initial situation. If you have selected a domain or a theme, it remains activated.
