Development > Utilities > Searches > Access code

This function is used to search in all the elements of the dictionary, those that are protected by an access code or by a group of access codes characterised by template name. All the dictionary elements marked by access codes are evaluated (the screens, reports, enquiries, the windows, banks etc). This list is extendable, because the search is carried out on the ACS type fields in the dictionary, and it is possible to redefine them by specific/custom development.

Screen management

Entry into this function causes the display of a window in which the search parameters are entered.

Entry screen

Presentation

It is necessary to enter the access code required or a template activity code (for example X*, if the search is for all the elements marked by an access code starting with X), and tick the elements in which the search should be carried out (the screens and other tables). The function covers the corresponding elements of the dictionary (progression bars display for each type of element), then a log file giving the different elements found is displayed.
