Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Identifies the statistics code to be recalculated. All the other active statistics codes having the same update code have been recalculated. If no statistic code is given, all the statistics are recalculated (if the update is of the type Recovery) or only the statistics defined in Batch mode (if the update is of the type Incremental).

  • Update type (field TYPMAJ)

The value of this field can be Recovery : in this case, the statistics are recalculated for all the records corresponding to the dates within the calculation interval, after a rezeroing previously carried out on these records.

If the value of the field is Incremental, the statistics are recalculated without a rezeroing being carried out. The software then proposes by default as the start date, the first date from which the statistics have not been calculated, but it is also possible to check the box From the last update (of particular use if the task is abandoned for example).

These parameters are used to give a range to the field for the recovery of a company and/or site if the statistic is structured by company or site.

  • Since the last update (field DERNIER)

When this box is checked, the update is made from last update date.

  • Since (field DATDEB)

Start date of the statistical process : this date must fall in the first period as a function of the periodicity defined.

  • Until (field DATFIN)

End date for the statistical process : this date must fall in the last period as a function of the periodicity defined.
