Field help (ATCKACC)

Indicate here the number of the normal account that must be used as the link account.
The link account can be unique for all or some of the sites but it is also possible to define an account by pair of financial sites.
The reciprocal account can be a normal account or a control account (+BPs). The control account must authorize the miscellaneous BPs.
