Date on which the event starts. This date must be included in different periods based on the setup defined in the "Extraction periods" function:

• If the event is of "Time extraction" type, the start date must be included in the extraction period (Time start and Time end fields).
• If the event is of "Calendar month" type, the start date must be included in the extraction period (Start of month and Month end fields).
