This parameter must contain a payroll heading that corresponds to the total employee hourly rate.

The parameter is defined at the level Folder.Belongs to Module PLA (Payroll plan) and to Group TXH (Hourly rate),in which the following parameters can also be found :
- TXHRPAT (Chargeable employer hourly rate)
- TXHRPAT2 (Total employer hourly rate)
- TXHRSAL (Chargeable employee hourly rate)
Its values are defined by function Headings.
This parameter is defined at folder level.
