The EU or statistical rules are used to specify the nature of the EU transaction from a tax or statistical point of view. The EU rule is used in the Intrastat.
This information is initialized using the physical flows where it can be modified. This information can also be accessed from some financial flows (sales invoices and credit memos).

No momento da extracção da declaração de trocas de bens, se facturas ou de notas de crédito existem para os fluxos físicos, apoiar-se-ão sobre os fluxos financeiros para fazer a extracção. Por outro lado o regime CEE utilizado será o regime CEE inscrito sobre a entrega ou a devolução.

As facturas e notas de crédito directas com movimnetos de stock são consideradas como fluxos físicos e são considerados na extracção da Declaração de trocas de bens. As notas deste tipo dispõem de um código regisme suplementar caracterizando a regularização comercial.

Quando se trata de uma factura ou de uma nota de crédito sem movimento de stock puramente financeiro, estes poderão ser extraídos e serão considerados como fluxos de regularização em minoração ou em majoração.
