This is the storage site from where the goods will be shipped to deliver the quote line. The shipping site is initialized to the shipping site in the document header but it remains modifiable. This information can be used on the order and the delivery to manage the shipping of the goods.
If your authorizations allow it, you can select a warehouse site for the company of the sales site and jump to the site record.

The quote lines applying to non-deliverable products are not impacted by this information.
