Automatic adjustments
This function makes it possible to do a mass adjustments in batch by carrying out a subscription.
The mass adjustment function will be used in interactive mode.

Screen management
The keying in is carried out in two parts :
The 1° presents the movement code to be used to do the adjustments, then a window wherein a request allowing the selection of the objects to be adjusted can be written.
The 2ndpresents the elements to be adjusted on the selected stock objects.

The movement code keyed in should be a qualitative movement code with or without trans to level 3.
The window of the keying in of the criteria allows the writing of a request to select the stock objects to be adjusted.
The bloc Qualitative adjustment allows the keying in of the criteria to adjust, and even to create a formula to condition the adjustment.

The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| The movement code is used to make the distinction between movements of the same type.

Other conditions
After the process, the display of the anomalies allows the view of the generated errors during the adjustments.
Only the stock objects without pendings are submitted to qualitative adjustments.
Batch task
This function can be run in batch mode. The standard task AJMAUT is provided for that purpose.
Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Forbidden movement code
The movement code keyed in is not a qualitative movement type.
No change to be carried out.
In the framework of qualitative adjustment, no data was change in relation to that of the stock object.
No record selected.
The keyed in criteria location/item do not allow the selection of a stock object.
Lot n° : compulsory zone
The item should be managed with lot n°, that is not keyed in.
Lot n° : not to be keyed in
The item is not managed with lot n°.
