Miscellaneous type Workflow 

Description

The Workflow administrator is used to take into account the Miscellaneous functional events defined in a given table.
The events that concern the software are:

A service request has been covered :

* either by a commercial decision.

* or by a service contract without the corresponding document number being entered.

* or by an order without the corresponding number being entered.

T01

Automatic creation of a service contract by exceeding the necessary token credit, this overrun having been obtained by a manual addition.

T02

Automatic creation of a service contract by exceeding the necessary token credit, this overrun having been obtained by the entry of a sales order.

T03

Automatic creation of a service contract by exceeding the necessary token credit, this overrun having been obtained by entry of a direct invoice.

Event code linked to the treasury interface implementation.
Creation of the file that contains the flow of open items.

 CSP

Event code linked to the treasury interface implementation.
Creation of the file that contains the flow of payments.
