This function is carried out via a batch task.

For instance

The user has clicked in an e- mail to answer a workflow. The X3 Web server generates a file in the WRKRMTDIR directory that can be accessed via WRKRMTMAC.

This function scans the WRKRMTDIR directory and manages the already existing files. On reading these files, the processing updates the workflow tracking table and deletes these files.
