This function is used to manage (creation, modification and deletion) logistic services on the current site.

Service definition: A service makes it possible to group invoicing elements (called fields) relative to a given domain such as receipt, storage, shipment, etc.

This function is part of the optional invoicing module for logistic services (GEOPLO).

    Screen management

      The screen is made up of:
    • A left list containing the logistic services that exist on the current site.
    • A right part with:
      • The service header describing its main characteristics (code, Active flag, ect.).
      • The service lines listing the fields and their associated price-list codes.

      Notes on the service management rules:
    • Modification Mode: a service can only be modified if all associated invoices are validated.
    • Deletion Mode: a service can only be deleted if it is not associated to any invoicing folder.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    • Service provision (field ISHCOD)

    Service code defined in GEODE service table.

    A service makes it possible to group invoicing elements (Fields) relative to a given domain such as receipt, storage, shipment, etc.

    • field ISHDESAXX

     

    • Active (field ENAFLG)

    Select or clear this check box to respectively enable or disable the Sort code.

    • If the check box is selected: you can apply the Sort code to a wave or preparation area.
    • If the check box is cleared: you cannot use the Sort code. If you try to use it, you will receive an error message explaining that the code cannot be used.

    Presentation

    At line level, the list of the fields with their price-list codes and their order of priority is displayed.

    Fields

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Grid

    Section code defined in GEODE section table.

    This section is a service invoicing element such as "the number of DN shipped", "the number of parcel shipped", "the weight of pallets received", etc.

    Price-list code used to calculate the field amount in the GEOPLO functionality (logistic service pre-invoicing module).

    • Priority (field ISLPIO)

    This field indicates the order of the invoicing fields in a logistic service. This order will be respected upon creating and printing the pre-invoicing.
