This function allows the definition for every site, a weighting coefficient to be applied to a take according to :
the total weight and volume of the take so as to convey the difficulty of the handling of heavy and/or voluminous takes.
the number of container per take.

Screen management

The screen is made up of a simple unfolding table.

Entry screen

Presentation

The weights, volumes and number of containers per take set on the table correspond to the maximum value of the bracket for a take.

The weighting coefficient is used to convey the difficulty of the realization of each take according  to the weight, the volume and the number of container per take.

The sequence number is compulsory, strictly greater than 0, it allows to class the rules of the weighing.

Example
For 1 UCU container whose weight is 300g and the volume is 0,001 m3.
If on the prompting table, the coefficient to be applied for a take less than 5 containers  whose weight is less than 1KG and whose volume is less than 0.005 m3 is 1,5 then :
the prompting in relation to the take of 2 UCU corresponds to 2 * 1,5 = 3

Note :
If this table is not filled in, the system assigns by default  a coefficient of 1 therefore the number of takes = the number of promptings.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Grid

  • Sequence (field ORN)

Number making it possible to use the rules defined in this screen

by order of priority.

  • Containers/take (field CTRPIK)

Maximum number of containers by picking
Based on the weight and number of the containers to be picked (information defined in the next two fields), this field is used to specify the number of containers that forms the picking for the product concerned. Generally speaking, the more the container weighs and is cumbersome, the smaller the number of containers by picking.

  • field WEI

Weight

The weight defined in this field corresponds to the maximum value of a volume bracket for a product container.
This information is necessary for the definiton of the calculation rules to be applied to the number of removals from the output movements.

Note: If the system does not find any weight bracket corresponding to the processed removal, it considers that 1 removal = 1 GEODE movement.
It is thus important to always plan a weight bracket with a maximum value equal to 999999.999 kg to guarantee that all cases will be considered.

  • field VOL

Volume

The volume defined in this field corresponds to the maximum value of a volume bracket for a product container. This information is necessary for the definiton of the calculation rules to be applied to the number of removals from the output movements.

  • Weighting (field LHD)

Weighing coefficient

The weighing coefficient is used to express the difficulty there is in performing each removal according to weight, volume and number of containers for said removal.

 For instance:

Cnts/removal

Weight

Volume

Weighing coeff.

1

0.5 Kg

0.001 m3

1

1

9999.999 Kg

9999.999 m3

1.5

  • For the removal of 1 container whose total weight is less than 0.5 kg and the total volume is less than 1 L, the weighing coefficient to be applied is "1" ("normal" removal).
  • For the removal of 1 container whose total weight is higher than 0.5 kg and the total volume is higher than 1 L, the weighing coefficient to be applied is "1.5" (more difficult removal).
  • If this table is not entered, the system assigns by default a coefficient of 1, thus the number of removals = the number of promptings.

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

Field ‘sequence’, compulsory field
The sequence number keyed in should be strictly greater than 0

Field ‘sequence’, code exists already on line X
Impossible to create several sequences with the same number

Filter intercepted by previous sequence
Creation or modification of a sequence with values (number of containers, weight and volume) less than the value of another sequence having an inferior number.

Filter intercepted by later sequence
Creation or modification of a sequence with values (number of containers, weight and volume) greater than the value of another sequence having a superior number.
