History/purge
This function allows to launch manually the process of archiving and the purge.
It is advised to launch it as often as possible outside of operation and in simulation, so as to anticipate the possible response times.
The archiving is a functionality allowing « to tip over » the processed flow of a folder towards another folder called Archived folder. Thus the processed data are archived for a time necessary for the consultation without penalizing the current operation.
The purge is a functionality of deleting the data of either of the archived folder or of the operation folder.
For that, the Purge setting-up function (APARHIS) allows to indicate for each purge code which functionality table is launched.

The archiving and/or purge code are available on the selection window. They were previously set-up on the History/Purge (GESAHI) function.
The transaction can be launched in Simulation or in real.
It is possible to launch either in historisation, or in purge or the 2 process at the same time.
A setting-up associated to the links between the records allows not to archive/purge the data whose other links were not archived or purged.
Example : a wave is archived when all the PO of the wave were archived.
