Field help (ACS1)

This access code makes it possible to prohibit access to the current record for some users.

As a matter of fact, if the field is completed, only the users having this access code with read rights (respectively write rights) can view (respectively modify) the concerned record.

The execution right that can be attached to a user code is processed in a particular fashion according to the protected record. In the case of records that are used in the parameterization of transactions or inquiries, it is used to authorize the use of the transaction. In other cases, it is used to pass the movements to the entity managed by the record.
