Field help (APRALANCER)

This icon is used to create, duplicate or delete a dashboard for a user when the User to be initialized field is assigned.

• If the box Blank initialization is checked, a blank dashboard is created for the user to be initialized. If there is a dashboard for the function profile code of this user, it is reused.

For example:

If the user to be initialized has the VEN function profile (directly set up in the user record or in the associated trade code) and there already is a "_VEN" dashboard, then it is going to be reused.

• If the box Delete is checked, the dashboard of the user to be initialized is deleted.
• If none of these two boxes is checked, the dashboard of the user From is copied to the user to be initialized.
