Field help (AWMACATEG)

If this field is set to Yes, it is considered as a criterion used to count and filter the value of the corresponding field, in the manner of the "document" corresponding to the model.

For example, during the indexation of accounting documents, a job category is used on the journal code, any search carried out on the accounting documents will return to the list of elements found and also the number of elements found for each value of the journal code concerned. Thus, if the posting searched is JOHN and that 200 accounting documents are found in the SALES journal, 350 on the PURCHASE journal, 3 on the MISC journal and 25 on the PAYMENT journal, the following count will be displayed on the right side of the search screen:
