Field help (AYCFIECOD)

List of the 'tokens fields' containing the information on the category.
The XTEND entities that will support this category system will need to include the fields defined in the 'Default field' table.

The entry order corresponds to the category level.

For instance, for the car categories with the following category levels:

N1 - Manufacturer (Field CAT1)
N2 - Model (Field CAT2)
N3 - Estate or Saloon type (Field CAT3)
N4 - Diesel or Petrol Fuel (Field CAT4)
