Field help (PCRLTI)

Used to determine to within an hour if a DO is late and thus to assign it to a more appropriate round.

If it is assigned, the launch time of the process must be < than the expected shipping time + waiting times, otherwise the DO is considered to be late and will be assigned to the nearest round.

This parameter only has an impact if several identical rounds occur at different times during the round.
