Specifies:

• either the number of hours spent logged on to the mission proposal RF function (calculated based on the connection historical record)
• or the number of hours spent dealing with a given type of mission (calculated based on the start and end dates/times of the tasks associated with the mission type) in the event of the statistics being filtered on a given type of mission.
