When the system must perform an output movement from the reserve, it loads into the memory all the stock objects of the considered product code, on the basis of a sort criterion defined by the combination of the 6 following elements:
- FIFO date Output of the object with the oldest FIFO date.
- Occupancy % Output of the object from the location having the lowest occupancy rate
- CU/STK quantity Output of the object with the lowest CU/STK quantity (with the most shortage)
- Store. Output from the top priority store
- FIFO bracket. Output of the object with the oldest FIFO bracket. The FIFO bracket is calculated from the FIFO date of the oldest object or from the FIFO date of the location in case of a "bay"-type structure. The FIFO tolerance defined in the main product record of the product concerned is added to this value.
- Lot number. Output of the object with the smallest lot number.
When the system must perform an output movement from a picking location in non-multiple mode, it uses the same combination of 6 elements except for one difference at the level of the CU/STK quantity criteria: the system favors the largest SO (contrary to the reserve when the system favors the smallest SO) to take the cascading picking location reorder into account.
