The various statuses of an analysis request line (SO line) encountered during a quality control procedure are:

• S: Quality Sheet to be entered on the SO.
• +: quality sheet entered (if any) and accepted SO.
• +R: quality sheet entered (if any) and rejected SO.
• *: SO fully qualified.
