Field help (STAQAT)

stipulates the stock on quay status of the parcel/SU entity:

• "On quay": the parcel/SU is on the quay location
• "Pending transfer": the parcel/SU is being transferred to the quay location.
• "Ex-quay": the parcel/SU is not situated on a quay location.
