PEQLYA: Addition of action on answers of quality sheets
The PEQLYA entry point is used to add actions in the sections of the quality sheet answer screen. (According to local menu 31).

Available variables and masks
ASW variable contains the answer. This variable is of the type "char", "decimal", "date" or "integer" according to the expected answer.
The instruction "type" is used to recover the type of a variable.
