This parameter is used to activate the L3 flow control in Warehousing. The principle is the following: in the case of a flow coming from L3, it is always this level which is the master level.

Functioning without L3 flow control:

• Via the interface (creation, modification, deletion):
• Warehousing accepts all flows, whether they have a movement code with L3 transmission or not.
• In manual mode (creation, modification, deletion via the screen):
• Warehousing accepts all actions on all flows (whether they have a movement code with L3 transmission or not).

Functioning with L3 flow control:

• Via the interface (creation, modification, deletion):
• Warehousing only accepts flows which have a movement code with L3 transmission.
• In manual mode (creation, modification, deletion via the screen):
• Warehousing only accepts actions on flows which have a movement code without L3 transmission.
  It is therefore possible to modify a Warehousing flow which has a movement code without L3 transmission. However, it will not be possible to enter a movement code with L3 transmission.
