Euro Code
This parameter is used to define the Euro currency code. This parameter is equal to EUR, and it must not normally be changed, because of the risk of serious impact on the software operation.
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level Folder.It belongs to Chapter SUP (Supervisor) and the Group DEF (Default values),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- CRYDEF (Default country)
- DATEDEBDFT (Default start date)
- DATEFINDFT (Default end date)
- DATSTADEB (Statistical start date)
- DATSTAFIN (Statistical end date)
- ENDDAT (End date)
- EUROCOD (Euro calculator code)
- LANGUAGE (Default language)
- STRDAT (Start date)
Its values are defined by the function Currencies.
The global variable GEURO is associated with it.
Functions concerned
The GEURO variable is used to access this parameter, which must not be confused with the EUROCOD parameter that can be modified without problem (it corresponds to the currency proposed by default when using the Euro function, accessible from the menu bar, which is used to temporarily display the amounts for any amount presented in a screen for a given currency).
