Parcels on quay
This document is used to list the stock of parcels on quay by site and by location, depending on the requested selection.
Prerequisite
Access to the report
This report can be accessed from the report menu of the group Outputs.
It is also called by default from the following functions :
Outputs > Parcel & SU > Stock on dock > Inquiry

Comments
In a start/end range type of parameter, not entering anything for the two values means that the report will ne be restricited to the parameter value.
Description of the report
For each report line, the report displays:
- the store and location of the parcel,
- the parcel number,
- the parcel status,
- the stock on quay parcel status (On-quay, Pending transfer),
- the SU no. if the parcel is palletized,
- the SU status,
- the parcel DO no.,
- the round no. to which the DO is associated.
A sub-total by location is performed in order to provide the number of parcels present in this location.
At the end of the document, a total by site provides the number of parcels present on the quays for the site.
